Congratulations to Caleb Payne on earning his private pilot’s license! Payne earned his PPL through Aero Elite Flight Training at Norfolk International Airport and was a recipient of the Chad Weaver Scholarship from the Virginia Department of Aviation.

The scholarship reimburses $1000 to Virginia residents for ground school and/or flight training to become a private pilot or ground school and/or flight training to become a certified flight instructor (CFI) at a Virginia flight school.
