Staff from the Virginia Department of Aviation are headed to the sunshine state from April 1-6 to exhibit at the 51st annual Sun ‘n Fun Aerospace Expo in Lakeland, Florida.

The DOAV trailer will be located at the North 38 exhibit and staff will be available throughout the week to answer questions from attendees about the Virginia Department of Aviation and the Commonwealth’s 65 public use airports. New this year, the team will be hosting Virginia Aviation Day on Wednesday, April 2 at 1 p.m. This will be an opportunity for aviation enthusiasts from Virginia to congregate at the trailer, share stories and ask questions about aviation in the Commonwealth.

The Virginia Department of Aviation will also be having a daily raffle at Sun ‘n Fun where guests will have the opportunity to enter their name into a drawing each day to win exciting Virginia aviation promotional items.
