Plentl, Lillard, and Scott College Scholarship Applications Due 2/28/25 January 27, 2025 The Virginia Department of Aviation will award three Virginia high school seniors with $3,000 for college this year. Do you know one of them? The Plentl, Lillard, and Scott scholarships are for future freshman that are pursuing an aviation-related program at a post-secondary institution.
