Dulles 5K/10K Runway Race

Location: Shenandoah Valley Airport (SHD), 77 Aviation Circle, Weyers Cave, VA 24486
Description:
The race is held on an airport runway exclusively reserved for runners. With a certified loop course, participants will pass a parked aircraft along their route. The runway will be cleared by 9:00 a.m. so it can reopen for takeoffs and landings. The event will support our friends at Special Olympics Virginia, the Committee for Dulles Community Outreach and the Washington Airports Task Force.
