2020 EAA Air Academy Cancelled

The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), based at Wittman Field in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, has announced that the 2020 EAA Air Academy has been cancelled.  The decision to cancel was based on concern for the health and safety of the campers and the challenge of providing a fulfilling camp experience considering the current situation regarding COVID-19.

Families have been notified and notified of their options, including the opportunity to reserve a place in the 2021 Air Academy.

The EAA Air Academy introduces young people ages 12-18 to the aviation world through a series of weeklong residential camps.  Campers learn through hands-on demonstrations, flight simulation and other activities.  The sessions traditionally begin in mid-June and continue through early August.
