Shannon Air Museum Will Reopen This Friday, July 24

The Shannon Airport in Fredericksburg is one of Virginia’s beautiful and historical places to stop in for fuel, take flight lessons, grab lunch and watch airplanes. The added bonus of visiting an aviation museum will be available again soon.

The Shannon Air Museum will reopen this Friday, July 24^th. The Museum will be open Monday through Saturday from 10am-3pm with the last tour beginning at 3pm. Groups may not exceed more than ten people unless they are family members and you must schedule a tour in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted. Please call (540) 642-4387 to schedule a tour. Social distancing is expected and visitors should stay 6 feet apart and wear a mask.

Robin’s Nest Café is open so treat yourself to some lunch and visit the Airport and Museum.
