Richmond International Airport Begins New Cleaning Methods

The pandemic has made everyone rethink about our health and safety practices and our airports are doing everything they can to keep you safe if you need to travel right now. New cleaning procedures and social distancing signs can be seen at many airports in Virginia.

Richmond International Airport (RIC) has recently started treating gate seating areas and other spaces in the terminal and around the Airport campus with a disinfectant cleaner using the Clorox Total 360 System with electrostatic sprayer. RIC is additionally deploying a smaller handheld electrostatic unit by Protexus for vehicles and offices. Check out the Total 360 system in use in the photos.
